1. Non-refundable products

For strict hygiene and safety reasons, our products are neither refunded nor exchanged, except in the event of an error on our part during the preparation of your order.

Please check your shopping cart carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Product Description & Responsibility

We ensure that all products are clearly described on our website, including:

• the complete list of ingredients,

• usage instructions,

• precautions for use when applicable.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the descriptions, instructions and ingredients before any purchase.

We cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• skin reaction or allergic reaction,

• misuse of the product,

• Failure to comply with the precautions for use.

Every skin reacts differently; we encourage our customers to check the ingredients and, if necessary, to perform a test on a small area.

3. Our mistake

In case of an incorrect or missing item, you have 72 hours after receipt to contact us at: dkahoney@hotmail.com.

Procedure :

1. After verification, we send a prepaid return label by email.

2. After receiving the returned product (unopened and in its original condition), we will proceed with the exchange and send you the product originally ordered.

No fees will be charged to you in this case.

4. Parcel not collected from collection point (Mondial Relay)

If your parcel is returned due to non-collection, you have two options:

• Reshipment of the package, after payment of shipping costs.

5. General Conditions

• No returns will be accepted without prior contact.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

• Any request made after 72 hours cannot be considered an error on our part.
