Dka Honey is an online store specializing in honey-based cosmetic products. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website and govern the contractual relationship between Dka Honey and its customers.
Product : The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care. Photographs are not contractual. Dka Honey cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions.
Prices : Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Dka Honey reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Order : Any order placed on the website constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after validation.
Payment : Accepted payment methods are: Credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payments are secured through our payment partners.
Disclaimer : Dka Honey accepts no responsibility for any misuse of purchased products. It is the customer's responsibility to check the ingredients and precautions for use before use.
Personal data : Dka Honey is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The data collected is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
Applicable Law : These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Return and refund
Returns and refunds : For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted after the package has been received. If your package is returned to Dka Honey (for example, if you did not collect it within the time frame set by Mondial Relay), we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping costs. If you would like a replacement shipment, you can request it, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Order error by Dka Honey: In the event of an order error attributable to Dka Honey (incorrect product, incorrect quantity, etc.), the customer has 5 days from receipt of the package to inform our customer service by email or via the contact form on the website.
After the claim is validated, a prepaid return label will be sent by email to facilitate the return of the product. Upon receipt of the returned package and verification of its condition, the originally ordered product will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
Delivery: Delivery is provided in mainland France via Colissimo and Mondial Relay, and within the European Union via Chronopost Relay. Delivery times are generally 24/48 hours via Colissimo, 3/4 business days via Mondial Relay, and 2 to 4 days via Chronopost Relay from the date of dispatch. Dka Honey is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
